We're a specialty coffee roastery built on the belief that coffee is about more than what's in the cup. It's about slowing down, being present, sharing meaningful conversations, and creating space for what matters most.
In a world that seems to move faster every day, we believe there is value in taking a step back to savor a well-crafted cup of coffee, gather around a table with friends, learn something new, and simply enjoy the moment. Our passion is to roast exceptional coffee while making the world of specialty coffee approachable, educational, and welcoming for everyone.
Above all, our faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of Stillwater. We strive to honor God in every decision we make, every customer we serve, and every cup we roast. Our prayer is that Stillwater would be known not only for great coffee, but for genuine hospitality, integrity, and love for people.
Our Story
Stillwater Coffee Roasters began with a passion to provide quality unique specialty coffee and a calling to build a business that reflects our values and creates opportunities to serve others.
Inspired by Psalm 23, where David writes, "He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul," the name Stillwater represents the kind of place we hope to create. A time where people can slow down from the pace of everyday life, enjoy intentional coffee, and experience the presence of God and the restoring of our souls from the peace he gives.
Our vision is to build more than a coffee company.We are building a brand that restores the art of coffee while serving and helping others to be able to slow down and enjoy the small things in life. Beginning with small-batch roasting, we aspire to grow into a space and community where exceptional coffee, thoughtful education, genuine hospitality, and faith-centered community come together.We want Stillwater to become known as a place where craftsmanship is valued, people are welcomed like family, and every detail reflects excellence and integrity. Whether someone purchases a bag of coffee online, listens to our podcast, visits us at a farmers market, or one day walks through the doors of our location, our hope is that they leave encouraged, refreshed, and inspired. Above all, we pray that everything we do points people to the goodness of God, faithfully stewarding the gifts He has entrusted to us and using coffee as a simple way to serve others and bring Him glory.

Meet the Owners of Stillwater
Hey there, we are Micah & Mandy the owners of Stillwater Coffee Roasters. A little bit about us... we have been married for 2.5 years, and recently moved to SW Florida. My wife Mandy is an artist and has a part time job. I have been in the coffee industry for 6 years now, from owning a coffee shop and roastery to working for a coffee shop and roastery in the town we live in. The pursuit of Stillwater has been on our hearts for a while, and we feel God has called us to pursue this opportunity, and are thankful to be placed in the position to do this! We look forward to providing you with delicious specialty coffee, and cant wait to see where this journey takes us!
